Why do you only offer natural chewing gum?

We believe that a healthy live, is a happy life. It all starts with what we consume on a daily basis. Adjusting your diet to a more healthier one, sets the basis for being happy. Regular chewing gum consists of synthetic ingredients such as plastic, that can damage your health. In addition, we also want to life in a greener and cleaner world. Reducing the amount of plastic that we use on a daily basis, helps to achieve this goal.

How do you select the brands you work with?

We visit the most important trade shows and fairs every year. From these events, we get inspiration and meet new people from all over the world. In some cases, they produce products that match with what we are looking for.

We also perform research online for new companies and brands that we can work with. After doing due dilligence,  meaning we inquire if they are 100% natural (no plastic, or other artificial substances or sweeteners). Then we contact them to see if there is a good click. When positive, we enter into a test phase and the brand becomes part of our product selection.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password go to the My Account page and click ‘Forgotten your password?’ You will then be asked to enter your email address to start the process of changing your password. You will receive an email from us containing a link. Click the link and follow the steps.

How do I track my order ?

Log in to your account, and enter your order number into the track my order section lacated under “my account”.

Do you provide any warranty ?

We only ship out products that meet our highest standards before we ship them to our customers. If the item you have received is damaged, you have the right to return the item within 10 days of delivery. For more information, please visit our shipping and returns page.

What Shipping methods are available ?

Packages will be deliverd by PostNL in The Netherlands. For orders outside The Netherlands, the handling will be done by the local postage and parcel delivery service.
